Lot of engineers have asked me this question , So here is the answer ..

The aa_sample1.aef file is a script that answers a call, asks for the name or extension of the person to whom the caller would like to be connected, and transfers the call.

Note You can modify the aa_sample1.aef file to create your own AA script. Make a backup copy of the aa_sample1.aef file before modifying it, so that you always have access to the original file.

Fixing Issues with CUCM Database Replication

Make sure not to have several administrators to MACD simultaneously , that is one of the reason for DB replication problem.

Remember Number 2 is your friend is database replication issues, you want to always see 2 ,

4 is bad but not that much , cause it means there is connectivity problem which can fixed easily .
Your real enemy is Number 3 Status , whose reasons can wide and complex.
